This week-long workshop focuses on the skills required to write about visual art and explores writing structures, tones and vocabulary used to effectively describe and critique art exhibitions. Aspiring writers are exposed to different editorial materials – exhibition reviews, artist biographies and profiles, wall texts and more – and are encouraged to critically think about how to analyse visual art.
